Deliciously spicy stew made from red and green bell pepper cooked in bleached palm oil. Ayamase is native to the southwestern part of Nigeria, and its popular for its rich, smokey and spicy flavors

Reheating Instructions
Thawing: Transfer frozen ayamase from the freezer to the refrigerator and allow it to thaw overnight. Alternatively, you can thaw it more quickly by placing the sealed bag in a bowl of cold water, changing the water every 30mins until thawed.
Stove Top: Once completely thawed, empty the content into the pot and heat it over medium to low heat stirring frequently for about 8 minutes, or until desired temperature. Enjoy!
Microwave: Once completely thawed, empty content into a microwave-safe bowl and cover it with a microwave-safe lid or microwave-safe plastic wrap. Heat for a minimum of 2-3minutes interval (6 minutes minimum) until it reaches desired temperature.
