Okro Soup
Ingredients: Palm oil, Okro, Assorted meat, Scotch bonnet peppers, Red peppers, Red onion, smoked fish, Bouillon powder and cubes,
Gluten free, Dairy free, Peanut free. Contains shellfish.

Reheating Instructions
Thawing: Transfer frozen soup from the freezer to the refrigerator and allow it to thaw overnight. Alternatively, you can thaw it more quickly by placing the sealed bag in a bowl of cold water, changing the water every 30mins until thawed.
Stove Top: Once completely thawed, empty the content into the pot and heat it over medium to low heat stirring frequently for about 8 minutes, or until desired temperature. Enjoy!
Microwave: Once completely thawed, empty content into a microwave-safe bowl and cover it with a microwave-safe lid or microwave-safe plastic wrap. Heat for a minimum of 2-3minutes interval (6 minutes minimum) stirring occasionally until it reaches desired temperature.
